Peyton's Wash Services LLC ("we," "us," "our") is an exterior cleaning company serving Thibodaux, Houma, and the surrounding parishes of south Louisiana. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us through peytonswashservices.com.

We only collect what you choose to send us. That means:

• Quote request details — your first and last name, email address, phone number, service address, and whatever you write in the job description.
• Basic technical data — our hosting provider logs standard request information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages you visited. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.
• Local storage — your browser stores a couple of small flags, like whether you've already seen the site intro animation and whether you dismissed the cookie notice. These are not used to identify or track you.

We do not run advertising pixels, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics on this site.

• To respond to your quote request and schedule your service.
• To contact you about your job — confirmations, arrival windows, weather delays, and follow-up.
• To keep records of work performed, including invoices and job notes.
• To improve the site and protect it from abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We share it only with the service providers that make the business run:

• Our website hosting and email delivery providers, which transmit your quote request to us.
• Payment processors, if you pay for a completed job electronically.
• Law enforcement or regulators, if we are legally required to.

These providers may only use your information to perform their service for us — not for their own marketing.

We often take before-and-after photos of completed work and may use them on this site or on our social media. These photos show the exterior of the property only — never your name, street address, or any other identifying detail. If you would rather we not photograph your property, tell us before the job starts, or email us afterward and we will remove any photo of your property from our gallery.

Quote requests that don't turn into a job are kept in our email for up to two years so we can pick the conversation back up. Records for completed jobs — invoices, service history — are kept as long as needed for tax, warranty, and accounting purposes, generally seven years.

• Ask us what we have on file about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
• Ask us to delete your information, unless we're required to keep it for tax or legal reasons.
• Ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

The site is served over encrypted HTTPS, and administrative access is password protected. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send us sensitive information like payment card or Social Security numbers through the quote form.

This site is meant for adults arranging services for a property. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
