Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of peytonswashservices.com and to exterior cleaning services performed by Peyton's Wash Services LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site or booking a job with us, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site or book with us.

Prices given on this site, over the phone, or by email are estimates, not binding contracts. Estimates are based on the information you provide and, when possible, an on-site look. If conditions turn out to be materially different — more square footage, heavier staining, restricted access, surfaces in poor repair — we'll tell you before we start and give you a revised price. You're free to decline at that point at no cost.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise in writing.

• Exterior cleaning depends on weather. We may reschedule for rain, high wind, freezing temperatures, or unsafe conditions, and we'll contact you as early as we can.
• Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
• If we arrive as scheduled and can't work because of locked access, no water supply, no power, or unsafe conditions on site, we may charge a trip fee.

Before we arrive, please:

• Move vehicles, grills, patio furniture, potted plants, and anything else you don't want wet away from the work area.
• Close all windows and doors, and make sure screens and storm windows are properly seated.
• Provide access to an outdoor water spigot and, if needed, an exterior power outlet.
• Secure pets indoors for the duration of the job.
• Tell us in advance about loose or damaged siding, rotted wood, failing caulk or paint, cracked windows, leaking seals, old or brittle roofing, exposed wiring, or any prior water intrusion.

We can't be responsible for water intrusion or damage caused by pre-existing defects we weren't told about and couldn't reasonably see.

We use professional soft washing and pressure washing methods appropriate to each surface, and we clean thoroughly. But cleaning removes dirt, algae, mildew, and organic growth — it does not restore materials. Some conditions are permanent and will remain visible after a proper cleaning, including:

• Oxidation, chalking, and UV fading on siding and paint.
• Rust staining, mineral deposits, and efflorescence in concrete.
• Deep-set oil, paint, tannin, and artillery fungus staining.
• Etching, pitting, spalling, and other surface degradation that existed before we arrived.
• Wear patterns and discoloration from previous improper cleaning.

We'll tell you up front when we think a surface won't come fully clean. If you aren't satisfied with our work, contact us within 7 days and we'll come back and address it.

Payment is due on completion unless we've agreed to other terms in writing. Commercial accounts may be invoiced on agreed terms. Balances unpaid after 30 days may be subject to a late fee and, if necessary, collection costs.

We carry liability insurance and work carefully on every property. To the fullest extent allowed by Louisiana law, our total liability for any claim relating to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for damage arising from pre-existing defects, conditions you didn't disclose, or your failure to prepare the property as described above.

If you believe we damaged something, tell us within 3 days so we can inspect it while the cause is still determinable.

We may photograph completed work and use those photos on this site, in advertising, and on social media. Photos show property exteriors only, never your name or address. Tell us before the job, or email us afterward, and we'll leave your property out. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The text, photographs, logos, and design on this site belong to Peyton's Wash Services LLC. You may view and share pages, but please don't copy our photos or copy for your own commercial use without permission.

We work to keep the site accurate, but we make no warranty that everything on it is current or error-free. Service areas, pricing, and availability change.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Lafourche Parish, Louisiana. We strongly prefer to resolve problems with a phone call first — call us before anything escalates.

We may update these terms. The version posted here when you book governs your job.
